Potential new site in Sundrive area
















Hi all,
I have had a request if any of our community would be interest in delvloping a site in the Sundrive area near sundrive shopping area.I enclose some photo`s of the site.This site is owned by the DCC and the contract is John Houlihan senior community officer in the Crumlin area.His contract numbers are (O) 01 2225507 (M) 086 8150174 he is based in the Crumlin village office of DCC.
This site will offer somebody a challenging opportunity to getting this site off the ground so to speak.I am at the moment just too busy on other projects.You can mention my name when talking to John Houlihan.

South Circular Road Community Food Garden Project

The South Circular Road Community Food Garden Project started in April 2007. We have a derelict site on loan from ST Salvage Company that we have converted into a community food garden. This is a continuation of the initial successful Dolphins Barn Community squatted food garden that was on the canal from 2005 -2007.
